Chris began serving on our staff in 2015 as Worship Pastor before transitioning to his current role as Pastor of Discipleship in 2025. He is deeply passionate about teaching God’s Word and helping people develop a genuine relationship with Jesus while growing in community with others. Chris and his wife, Lisa are blessed with a wonderful and growing family: Ethan, Aiden and his wife Hallie, Tyler and his wife Cierra and one granddaughter. Outside of his ministry at Hope, Chris enjoys volunteering with the Ossian Fire Department, riding his motorcycle, and spending quality time with his family.
