HAVE FUN!

HMC Summer Camps are right around the corner! Summer Camps are an opportunity for kids and students to get away, grow in their faith, and have a ton of fun along the way. We believe that God has BIG things in store for this year's summer camps, and we would love for your children and students to join us!

SUMMER CAMP FAQs:

Details on departure and return are specific for each camp and will be outlined in a follow up email as each camp gets closer. Information on updates are also made available closer to camp.

Kids are provided a “snack shack” card for snacks at Camp Blast. Middle and High School students have opportunities to buy snacks and souvenirs at the Food Trucks and the Camp Michindoh store during MS and HS Camp. The additional money is not required, however $20 is adequate for snacks at MS and HS Camp.

Absolutely! We encourage inviting friends to camps!

Absolutely!

There is a camp nursing staff available 24/7 at all of our Summer Camps.  There is also a hospital roughly 10 minutes away in the event of an emergency.

If your child takes medications regularly, mark those details on your registration form and turn in medications at check in on the first day of camp. If your child has food allergies, mark it on your registration form and we will work with camp to accommodate those needs as much as possible.

We recognize that some children can get homesick when away at camp. We manage these situations on a case by case basis, and in the event that a child needs to speak to parents, we will make that available. Phones are not permitted at MS and HS Camp. More information on this is available here.

Our camp nurses are able to deal with a wide variety of minor sicknesses and injuries.  But, in the event that your child becomes ill and it is not something that our nursing staff can manage at camp, we will call you to come and take your child home.
