Todd joined the staff at Hope in 2016, bringing a passion for helping others find their place within the church community. With over ten years of experience as a high school youth pastor and more than five years in sales and marketing roles in the marketplace, Todd offers a unique blend of ministry and professional expertise.
When you meet Todd, you’ll quickly notice he doesn’t stay still for long—he thrives on being active and engaged in both the church and the community. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Huntington College (he was in the last graduating class before it became a university) and a master’s degree from Bethel College.
Todd married his high school sweetheart, Julie, in 2004, and they have two energetic, highly relational kids: Kahra, a natural leader, and Connley, the family comedian. When Todd isn’t connecting with people, you’ll likely find him waterskiing, biking, running, lifting weights, or enjoying any outdoor activity. And if you need a favor from Todd, offering him a cup of black coffee is usually a great start!
