Brett is a longtime member of Hope Church and joined the staff in 2004. She loves serving as the Director of Operations and appreciates the wide variety and challenges associated with overseeing the “business side” of things for Hope Church as well as serving with multiple HMC ministries. Brett graduated in 1994 with a degree in Travel & Hospitality and Office Administration and spent several years as a travel consultant specializing in group and corporate travel and assisting with the agency’s accounting and reporting. She married her high school sweetheart, Mike, in 1995 and has loved the adventure of raising their family together. They are now enjoying an empty nest which is often filled back up with visits from their adult children Reed and wife Natalie, Tess, Maryn, and their bonus daughter, Paula. They became grandparents in 2022 and are convinced it is one of life’s greatest joys! Brett loves plain black iced coffee on the porch, a good mystery novel, cooking good meals, time at the beach with family and friends, and daily striving to live out Galatians 6:9.
