As a storm rolled through in mid June, many neighborhoods in Fort Wayne were hit with damaging winds that left their properties and streets littered with fallen trees and debris.
To help in the wake of the storm, our friends at Avalon Missionary Church have partnered with Samaritan’s Purse to provide volunteer clean up opportunities. If you are interested in helping, all you need to do is attend one volunteer training session by Samaritan’s Purse any day at 7:30 AM or 12:30 PM. Training sessions are held at Avalon Church at 1212 Lower Huntington Road, and Samaritan’s Purse plans to be there through early/mid July.
